“This Is Inhumane And Barbaric”- Nigerian Man Cries Out As Woman Allegedly Abandons Child At Boss’ Residence
A resident of Akwa Ibom State reported an incident of child abandonment.
The incident occurred on the evening of November 2, 2026.
The individual, Jay Voice, stated that a woman entered his boss’s residence unnoticed.
A resident of Akwa Ibom State has raised concerns after a woman allegedly abandoned her child at his boss’ residence and fled the scene.
The man, identified as Jay Voice, disclosed that the incident occurred on Monday evening, November 2, 2026. According to him, the woman reportedly entered the compound unnoticed, left the child with a bag containing children’s belongings and immediately disappeared.
Reacting to the incident, Jay Voice described the alleged abandonment as “inhumane and barbaric” while appealing to members of the public to help identify the child and locate her biological mother or relatives.
He also offered a financial reward to anyone who could provide useful information that would lead to the discovery of the child’s family.
Meanwhile, his boss, Emaeyak Umoh, shared a video of the child on social media, providing additional details about what allegedly happened before the incident.
According to Umoh, the woman had earlier visited his children’s facility but was turned away because the centre lacked the specialised resources needed to care for a child with suspected autism.
His account suggests that the mother may have been searching for a suitable facility capable of attending to the child’s needs before the alleged abandonment.
