El-Rufai Warns: “Tinubu May Be President for Life”
Former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai has raised alarm over Nigeria’s political future, claiming the country is facing an “unprecedented evil” under President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
Speaking during a solidarity visit from Atiku Abubakar, El-Rufai said:
👉 “If we don’t unite to remove this government in 2027, Tinubu will try to become our Paul Biya — president for life. All the signs are there, this is how it starts.”
He accused Tinubu’s government of centralizing power instead of promoting federalism, describing the situation as worse than any military regime in Nigeria’s history.

I don’t agree with El-Rufi at all. When Buharii, was doing the same thing centralizing governance around fulani and his friends only what did El-Rufai say? He said nothing that time because he was a beneficiary. El-Rufai is selfish and self-centered. He can’t deceive anyone.
