WHERE SHOULD TOLUWANISING BE BURIED?
A report circulating online claims that Toluwanising’s wife and father disagree over where the late gospel singer should be buried.
His wife reportedly prefers a cemetery in Ibadan because she does not want to see her husband’s grave every day, while his father allegedly wants him buried in his own house or brought home to Ikirun.
Looking at the condition of many public cemeteries—crowded graves, overgrown weeds, broken tombs and poor maintenance—one can understand why some families prefer to bury their loved ones on private property.
However, this report has not been officially confirmed, so nobody should insult or condemn either the wife or the father. They are all grieving and should be allowed to resolve the matter peacefully as a family.
