Shea Lacey Reveals Half-Time Chat That Led to Cunha’s Goal

🗣️ While I was sitting on the bench at half-time, he came over and asked me what I was seeing in the game. He asked me, if he starts the second half, what would I advise him to do. I told him exactly what I thought.

Then I asked him, “What if I come on?”
He said, “Yes, you will definitely come on… because it looks like Amad isn’t getting it right in that position.”

I asked him how it would be if we both played together.

He smiled and said he would love it even more, because we both see things that other people don’t see on the pitch.
That’s why when I got the ball, I knew exactly what to do. I had to make that pass.

I played it through, and he scored the second goal.

Straight after celebrating, he ran to me and hugged me tight.
