Never You Say So” – Ibiyeomie Warns The Elderly Against Attributing Physical Challenges With Ageing
Pastor David Ibiyeomie, the founder and senior pastor of Salvation Ministries International, has warned elderly people against attributing bodily pains to ageing, urging them to speak positively about their health.

Ibiyeomie gave the warning during a recent sermon shared on YouTube, where he referenced Psalm 34:19-20 to explain his teaching on divine protection and the importance of words spoken by believers.
Citing Psalm 34:19, which says that the righteous have many afflictions but that the Lord delivers them from them all, the cleric also highlighted verse 20, which states that God keeps all the bones of the righteous.
He urged people aged 60 and above to stop automatically blaming their physical challenges on old age, warning against negative declarations about their bodies. “When you get to 60 upwards, you see them say it is age. So never you say so,” Ibiyeomie said.
The pastor argued that people should be conscious of their words, insisting that their declarations could influence how they approach their physical conditions.
