He Never Took Care of Me, But I Won’t Allow Them To Bury Him Beside His Mother” — Toluwanisings’ Grandmother

The paternal grandmother of late Nigerian gospel singer Toluwanisings has opened up about their strained relationship, claiming that the singer rarely kept in touch with her while he was alive.

Speaking during an interview with Dumininu, she alleged that Toluwanisings never gave her money apart from about three occasions when he reportedly sent ₦10,000 after she complained about his failure to visit her.

Despite their distant relationship, the grandmother said she was deeply saddened by his death. She has also insisted that the late singer should be buried in the house he built rather than beside his late mother. 😢
