Anambra-born Media Entrepreneur, Chukwudi Iwuchukwu Launches Ifeyinwa Transport, Honours Late Mother’s Legacy
The entrepreneur says Ifeyinwa Transport will begin operations with two luxury buses and two HiAce buses, fulfilling his late mother’s dream of seeing him establish the business.

Media Entrepreneur, Barr. Chukwudi Iwuchukwu has announced the launch of Ifeyinwa Transport and Logistics Limited, a new transport business named after his late mother, Ifeyinwa, as a tribute to her memory and passion for the venture.
Iwuchukwu disclosed this in a personal announcement on Facebook, revealing that the business, which was initially conceived as Visage Transport and Logistics, had been renamed following the death of his mother on October 12, 2025.
According to him, he and his wife, Uche, had been preparing to establish an interstate transport business last year, with operations initially scheduled to commence in December 2025.
He said the company had already been registered as Visage Transport, with preliminary discussions initiated with automobile manufacturers and business partners in China and Dubai for the acquisition of vehicles and other operational requirements.
However, the plans were suspended after his mother became seriously ill, as the family prioritised her care and recovery.
Iwuchukwu disclosed that his wife was his mother’s primary caregiver throughout the illness, adding that his late mother remained enthusiastic about the transport business even while receiving treatment at Grandville Hospital in Lagos.
He said she had discussed ideas for the company with his wife and informed her friends about her son’s plans to venture into the transport business.
Following her death, Iwuchukwu said he proposed renaming the business after his mother as a way of preserving her memory and honouring her desire to see the company established.
He said his wife, despite being overwhelmed by grief, supported the decision, leading to the incorporation of the company under its new name after the burial.
Explaining the motivation behind the venture, Iwuchukwu said Ifeyinwa Transport was established to provide Nigerians with reliable, comfortable and affordable interstate transportation and logistics services.
He identified trust, comfort and value for money as the core principles guiding the company’s operations, noting that the business would cater to both younger and older generations of Nigerians.
The entrepreneur, who described himself as a millennial, said he believed his understanding of the expectations of young Nigerians, particularly Generation Z, would help the company establish a distinctive presence in the competitive transportation and logistics industry.
He also expressed gratitude to individuals he described as destiny helpers, who supported his entrepreneurial journey from his early days as a Facebook blogger after law school.
Iwuchukwu, who was called to the Nigerian Bar 13 years ago, said he had remained committed to entrepreneurship rather than legal practice, adding that his business journey had been built from scratch through faith, perseverance and the support of others.
He acknowledged the financial and emotional challenges involved in establishing the transport company, revealing that he had occasionally questioned the wisdom of investing substantial resources in the venture instead of placing the money in money market or mutual fund investments.
However, he said the potential employment opportunities, economic contributions and long-term growth prospects of the business had continued to motivate him.
He particularly thanked his wife for her unwavering support and his friend and brother, Paschal, for encouraging him through moments of uncertainty.
The businessman attributed the successful establishment of the company to God’s intervention, citing Psalm 44:3 as a reflection of his entrepreneurial journey.
Iwuchukwu disclosed that Ifeyinwa Transport would commence operations with two luxury buses and two HiAce buses, expressing optimism that the company would grow into one of Nigeria’s leading transportation brands within the coming years.
He said the vehicles and other assets required to commence operations had been fully paid for and were being transported to Nigeria from Dubai and China.
The entrepreneur added that the company was currently putting its operational structures in place and would announce its official commencement date and location on its Facebook page.
He urged members of the public to follow the company’s official Facebook page, Ifeyinwa Transport Limited, for updates ahead of the commencement of operations.
The announcement was concluded with appreciation to supporters and a message of hope for the company’s future.
