Widow reveals why she’s ignoring the advice of those asking her to face her children and not remarry

A widow has opened up about her decision to consider finding love again despite advice from people urging her to focus solely on raising her children.
The woman, who shared her thoughts on social media, said she has received several pieces of advice since the death of her husband, with many people telling her to dedicate herself to her children and forget about remarriage.
According to her, however, being a mother does not mean she should give up on her own happiness or the possibility of finding love again.
She explained that she understands the concerns of those advising her but believes she also deserves companionship and an opportunity to rebuild her personal life after losing her husband.
The widow said she hopes to find love again soon, stressing that her children remain important to her but should not prevent her from pursuing happiness.
She wrote: “After I lost my husband, many advised me to just face my children.”
She added that while she appreciates the advice, she does not believe she should be expected to sacrifice the rest of her life simply because she is a widow.
