Intelligence agencies from Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso have disclosed plans to expose the names of top Nigerian politicians allegedly supporting armed bandit groups operating in the country’s northwestern region.

According to officials, the agencies are already in possession of the names of several Nigerian political figures suspected of aiding the criminal networks.

They also confirmed that some individuals involved in supplying weapons to the bandits have been arrested, with investigations currently ongoing.

The revelation was reported by the Hausa service of Deutsche Welle (DW).
