Umaru Musa Yar’adua’s son shares his encounter with Obasanjo
Son of late Nigerian president, Umaru Musa Yar’adua has shared his encounter with his father’s predecessor, former president Olusegun Obasanjo.
Musa through his X handle announced that he paid courtesy visit to former president Olusegun Obasanjo.
He described Obasanjo as a national treasure who warmly welcomed him in his Abeokuta presidential library and treated him with so much respect
Musa wrote: “Yesterday, I had the honour of visiting former President Olusegun Obasanjo — the Baba of Africa — at his prestigious Presidential Library. His reception was beyond welcoming — warm, gracious, and deeply homely. Truly amazed by the richness and vision behind the Library. A national treasure”.
Reacting to the his tweet on X, Nigerians reminisced his father’s presidential administration, describing it as the best moment of Nigeria’s civil rule.

That is the man that would have set Nigeria on a path to greatness, but he died and gave way for rubbish from then till today.
