Street thugs block Carter Efe’s car, demand money from Peller in Lagos
A video circulating online shows a group of suspected street thugs in Lagos blocking the vehicle of content creator Carter Efe, with fellow streamer Peller, and demanding money before allowing them to pass.
In the clip, several young men surround the luxury car and obstruct its movement. One of the individuals is seen lifting a cement block while making cash demands, allegedly insisting on a “settlement” for driving through the area.
Carter Efe and Peller, who remained inside the vehicle, were heard attempting to calm the situation and negotiate with the group.
