Shocking Prophecy Sparks Reactions: Evangelist Kachi Predicts Jonathan’s Political Resurgence

A fresh political prophecy by Evangelist Kachi has stirred conversations across political and religious circles after he released a statement suggesting a dramatic future role for former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan ahead of upcoming political developments.

In the prophetic message dated Sunday, May 17, 2026, Evangelist Kachi referenced previous predictions he claimed to have made, including an alleged January 1, 2022 prophecy that the redesign of the naira would weaken the campaign strategies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu before the 2023 general elections.

He also recalled claims that he foresaw legal troubles for former Central Bank Governor Godwin Emefiele after the elections.

Shifting focus to current political developments, the cleric said he sees former President Jonathan “swimming in confusion” following a visit to the State House in April. However, he suggested that the confusion would eventually give way to political elevation and renewed relevance.

According to him:
“I see Jonathan’s hand raising the Lamp of Light, having other major aspirants rallying around him, singing the victory song. Goodluck Jonathan should roar now.”

The symbolic “Lamp of Light” reference has already triggered speculation online, with many attempting to interpret its political significance and possible connection to future electoral alignments.

Political observers say such prophecies often generate public debate, particularly when they involve influential political figures and predictions about future leadership scenarios. While some supporters may view the statement as a spiritual insight, others see it as part of the growing wave of prophetic declarations that regularly intersect with Nigeria’s political landscape.

As discussions continue, attention may now turn to whether future political events align with the cleric’s predictions or if the statement simply fuels another round of speculation in Nigeria’s ever-dynamic political atmosphere.

The prophecy remains unverified and should be viewed as a personal prediction rather than a confirmed political development.
