Popular TikTok content creator Peller has officially signed and received the property documents for the luxury ₦400 million mansion in Life Camp, Abuja, gifted to him and his wife, Jarvis, by billionaire real estate mogul King Ochacho.

The signing took place following the couple’s recent star-studded white wedding, where the founder of Ochacho Real Homes originally announced the massive wedding present. Though the title documents will remain in King Ochacho’s son’s name (Ice King) as the property was originally bought for him.

Peller and Jarvis have been granted a Power of Attorney to live in and enjoy the home rent-free for as long as they wish. Meaning the ₦400 million Abuja mansion given to Peller and Jarvis by King Ochacho is not a permanent legal gift of ownership.

King Ochacho announced he will personally furnish the entire house—including kitchen cabinets and wardrobes—within the next two months.
