Panic In Lagos As 20-Foot Container Falls On Commercial Bus Along Oshodi Road

LAGOS – At least one person has been seriously injured after a 20-foot container reportedly fell on a commercial bus at Second Rainbow inward Oshodi area of Lagos State on Sunday, May 25.

According to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), the accident happened after the container truck allegedly lost brake control before the container detached and crashed onto a yellow commercial mini bus.

The incident also reportedly affected some roadside shops, causing panic among residents and motorists in the area.

LASTMA officials confirmed that one injured victim was quickly rescued and taken to the hospital for medical treatment while emergency responders worked to clear the scene and restore traffic movement along the busy road.
