OUK, Orji Uzor Kalu” — Dokubo Identifies Inscription on Two Vessels in Nigerian Waters

Yesterday, I Saw Two Vessels; It Was Written ‘OUK,’ Orji Uzor Kalu, Operating In Our Waters – Dokubo

In a recent video shared on Facebook, on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, Niger Delta activist and traditional ruler, Asari Dokubo, spoke about vessels he said he observed operating in Nigerian waters.

During the discussion, Dokubo recalled seeing two vessels and said the inscription “OUK” was written on them. He linked the initials to Orji Uzor Kalu while describing what he observed.

Speaking during the video, Dokubo stated, “Yesterday, I saw two vessels; it was written ‘OUK,’ Orji Uzor Kalu, operating in our waters.” He made the statement while discussing the vessels he said he saw operating in the waters.

According to Dokubo, the vessels attracted his attention because of the inscription displayed on them. He used the observation to raise questions about the activities of vessels operating within the country’s waters.

The traditional ruler further explained that the presence of vessels in the waters was part of the broader issue he was discussing. His comments focused on what he said he personally observed and the identification he associated with the inscription.

Dokubo’s comments come amid his broader discussions about activities taking place within Nigerian waters and his observations concerning vessels operating in the area.

He concluded by reiterating that he had seen two vessels bearing the inscription “OUK,” which he associated with Orji Uzor Kalu, while operating in the waters.
