Ondo State students, both within Nigeria and across the diaspora, have expressed heartfelt appreciation to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his prompt and decisive intervention during the recent security threat at the University of Jos.
In a statement issued to Newsmen on behalf of the students, the leadership commended the governor for his swift action in coordinating the safe evacuation of Ondo indigenes who were left vulnerable following the crisis.

APPRECIATION MESSAGE
On behalf of Ondo State students, both at home and in the diaspora, I wish to express our profound gratitude to His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for his swift and compassionate intervention during the recent security threat at the University of Jos.
At a time when Ondo State students were stranded and exposed to danger following the evacuation directive, Your Excellency demonstrated exceptional leadership by personally initiating and directing the immediate evacuation of our students. This timely response not only ensured their safety but also restored hope and confidence in the commitment of the Ondo State Government to the welfare of its citizens.
The successful relocation of our students from Jos to Abuja stands as a testament to your proactive governance, responsiveness, and deep concern for the lives of Ondo State indigenes, regardless of their location.
We are equally grateful for the confidence reposed in us to carry out this critical assignment. It is an honor to serve, and we remain committed to upholding the trust placed in us.
