Nkechi Blessing Fires Back :  ‘So Much Bitterness’ Over My Private Love Life

According to Ireporter Online, Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has responded to criticism surrounding her decision to keep her current relationship private. The actress, who is a mother of one, shared a video of herself dancing, expressing the happiness she has experienced since choosing not to publicly post about her partner.

In the post, Nkechi wrote, “Since I started to hide my man, life is just sweet anyhow. Wish I did earlier, but we move. Hey Daddy, I love you pieces.” Her decision, however, sparked backlash from some social media users.

Addressing the criticism, Nkechi suggested that women often judge other women harshly, especially regarding matters of love. She noted that many married women continue to behave as though they were single, which can contribute to their frustration toward others openly embracing new relationships.

Despite expressing her irritation at the negative reactions, Nkechi remained unapologetic, emphasizing that she is simply enjoying her relationship. She added, “Women are always tearing another woman down. See the bitterness in my last post… why won’t you let out your frustration on a woman who did nothing but fell in love again?”

During the holiday season, Nkechi shared photos of herself and her new partner in matching outfits, revealing that she had expected to end the year single but instead found happiness. This follows the amicable end of her previous relationship with musician Eseoghene Obire, also known as Xxssive, in March.
