NEW YEAR 2026 : Senator Olajide Ipinisagba Reaffirms Commitment to Ondo North, Condemns Ipele Police Station Attack
As Nigerians usher in the New Year 2026 with renewed hope and determination, the Senator representing Ondo North Senatorial District, Senator Olajide Ipinisagba, has extended warm New Year greetings to his constituents and the people of Ondo State at large.
In his goodwill message, the lawmaker reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the development, unity, and security of Ondo North, while also condemning in strong terms the violent attack on the Ipele Police Station in Owo Local Government Area on New Year’s Eve, describing it as a threat to peace and stability in the state.

Fellow constituents of Ondo North, and indeed all indigenes of Ondo State,
As we bid farewell to the old year and welcome a new one, I, Senator Olajide Ipinisagba representing Ondo North Senatorial District, in the National Assembly extend my warmest wishes to you all. May the New Year bring us peace, prosperity, and progress.
In 2026, I pledge to continue working tirelessly for the development of Ondo North and Ondo State at large. We will strive for unity, peace, and progress, and ensure that our people benefit from the resources and opportunities available to us.
As we embark on this new journey, I urge all citizens to join me in embracing the spirit of hope, resilience, and determination. Let us work together to build a brighter future for ourselves, our children, and our communities.
I want to take a moment to strongly condemn the cowardly attack on the police station in Ipele Owo, Owo Local Government Area, by unknown gunmen on New Year’s Eve. This senseless act
of violence is a clear attempt to undermine peace and stability in our state. I commiserate with the Nigerian Police Force and everyone who lost valuables and assure them of our full support and solidarity.
May God bless Ondo North, Ondo State, and Nigeria, and may we continue to strive for a better tomorrow.
