Ogungbe revealed that the false narrative emerged after a long-time admirer, who was reportedly upset over his extramarital pregnancy, circulated the claim online. “My wife and my babymama were never friends. The rumor of them being friends was a lie that originated from social media,” he stated.
He further explained that the admirer, who had previously supported him financially in his film projects, became frustrated upon learning of his personal developments and propagated the misinformation. “She went online to say that my wife and babymama were friends, and blogs picked it up from there. It’s not true,” Ogungbe emphasized.
