Married woman flees after her lover dies during sex in Abuja guest house, staff members dump body under bridge
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has arrested a married woman, Mrs Rulayat Muhammed over the d3ath of her alleged lover at a guest house in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
The FCT Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Muhammed Sanusi, made this known while parading the suspect alongside other criminals arrested by the command.
According to the CP, the suspect was said to have gone to Good Samaritan Guest House, 2nd Avenue, Gwarimpa, with her lover to have a good time when the lover suddenly d!ed during s3x.
He said the suspect, upon discovering that her lover had died, took his phone and left the hotel without alerting the management.
The hotel management later discovered the body, but rather than report the matter to the Police, two staff members, identified as Ibrahim Omeiza and Kefat Bitrus, allegedly moved the body from the hotel and dumped it under the Katampe bridge in Kubwa.
“Investigation into the lifeless body of a man found under the Katampe bridge on 26 August 2026 has revealed that the deceased had lodged at a guest house in Gwarimpa with a married woman identified as Mrs Rukayat Muhammed of Garki Area 2,” the police boss said.
According to the police commissioner, further investigation revealed that the married woman was allegedly in a romantic relationship with the deceased and had saved his contact on her phone under the name “Safiyat”.
