In a video shared on Instagram, Madam Saje confirmed that she had intervened in the matter. “I have taken up the matter since yesterday. I’ve resolved it and ordered them to take it off social media. I made them realize that their matter should no longer be discussed on social media again,” she said.

Meanwhile, Iyabo Ojo, the host of the premiere, revealed on her Instagram page that she had previously urged both actresses to embrace peace. She noted that the tension initially arose in December when Toyin Abraham accused certain cinemas and individuals of attempting to sabotage her, with some fans attributing the incident to Funke Akindele.
Expressing regret over the situation, Iyabo Ojo emphasized that “the sky is big enough for everyone” and stated that she would no longer intervene in the dispute, adding that the two stars would reconcile when they are ready.
