Kenyan Police Planned To Burn Nnamdi Kanu Alive In A Car, After 7 Days Torture — Barr. Maxwell Opara Alleges
Barr. Maxwell Opara, lawyer to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has made a shocking revelation about Kanu’s arrest in Kenya.
According to Opara, Kanu told him that after being tortured for 7 days in Kenya, the Kenyan Police had already brought a car and planned to lock him inside and burn him alive.
He was only saved when one junior officer refused to be part of it, allegedly saying: “This man is innocent; I can’t be a party to it.”
This is coming from Barr. Opara’s account of what Kanu told him. The Kenyan authorities are yet to respond to this allegation.
