1. DSS Wiretapping Case

Bail Sum: ₦100 million with one surety in like sum.

Surety Qualifications:
Must be a Federal Civil Servant not below Grade Level 17 (Director level).
Must reside in or own landed property in Maitama or Asokoro (Abuja) and deposit the original Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) with the court registry.
Must provide 3 months of bank-authenticated salary statements, a 6-month tax clearance certificate, and a verification letter from their government department.

Additional Requirements:
Deposit all valid international passports with the court registry.
Report to the DSS Headquarters in Abuja on the last Friday of every month at 10:00 AM.
Submit a letter of attestation from the Chairman of the Kaduna State Traditional Council.
