I Left Peter Obi Because He Had No Clear Plan for Nigeria, Says Datti Baba Ahmed

The 2023 vice presidential candidate for Labour party, Datti Baba-Ahmed says he left Peter Obi because he believed Obi had no clear plan for Nigeria.

He said Obi did not drop him, contrary to reports about their political relationship.
Datti said he told Obi on January 1, 2024, that he needed a clear plan for the country.

He also said he would not unnecessarily promote Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi at the expense of President Tinubu.

Datti said his position is based on what he described as fairness in politics.
