A UK-based Nigerian woman has taken to social media with a heartbreaking plea after her husband allegedly removed her from his visa sponsorship, leaving her with just 60 days to find a new sponsor or risk deportation.

In a viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @ChuckErics, the distraught woman revealed that her husband had repeatedly threatened to revoke her Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) — the crucial document that permits foreign nationals to legally live and work in the UK.

Fighting back tears, she said: “I received a message from the Home Office saying I only have 60 days to get another sponsorship or leave the country. I need your help, I need your support. I never expected something like this would happen to me.”

According to her, the situation has left her overwhelmed, terrified, and uncertain about what lies ahead. She appealed to the public, especially Nigerians residing in the UK, to help her secure new sponsorship through an individual, company, or organization willing to offer assistance.

“If you know anywhere I can get a sponsorship, I’m ready to relocate. Please, I need help,” she added, reflecting the desperation of her current predicament.
