“I Don’t Do That” – Pastor Kumuyi Warns Member Who Made AI Image Showing Him Anointing Someone
Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, has cautioned church members against using artificial intelligence to create misleading images of religious leaders, following an AI-generated image that falsely portrayed him administering anointing oil to a person.
Kumuyi addressed the issue during a recent sermon shared on YouTube, where he explained how artificial intelligence could be used to manipulate people’s appearances and create scenes that never happened.
The cleric said the image showed someone kneeling before a figure that looked like him, with the same facial appearance and clothing, while the person appeared to be receiving anointing oil.
