I Am a Police Officer, Don’t I Have the Right to Ask? — Heated Exchange Between a Man and Police Officers Over Demand for NAFDAC Number From Zobo Seller
A video circulating online showing a heated exchange between a Nigerian man and police officers who questioned a zobo drink seller over the NAFDAC registration number of her products has sparked reactions on social media.

In the viral clip, the officers were seen questioning the businesswoman about the bottled zobo drinks she was selling. They reportedly demanded that she provide the NAFDAC registration number and labels for the drinks.
One of the officers defended the request, insisting that the drinks were expected to have a NAFDAC number.
“This thing is supposed to have NAFDAC number. Does this thing have NAFDAC number? As a police officer, don’t I have the right to ask?” the officer said.
However, a Nigerian man present at the scene challenged the officers, questioning their authority to demand the registration details of the product and sparking a tense exchange.
