How To Attract Blessings From The Throne Of Mercy – Banji Alabi Esq
Text: Acts 10:38 — “Jesus went about doing good.”

Heaven is not moved by noise. Heaven is moved by goodness.
The Bible says Jesus Christ went about doing good. He did not just preach goodness, He practiced_ it daily. And everywhere He went, the blessing of God followed Him.
If you want to attract blessings from the Throne of Mercy, you must follow His example.
1. Jesus Opened Blind Eyes
The blind could see.
There are people around you who cannot see a way forward. They are blinded by confusion, by poverty, by depression, by lack of direction.
Be the one who opens their eyes. Give them counsel. Give them clarity. Give them hope. Sometimes, one word from you can restore vision to a hopeless soul.
2. Jesus Made The Lame To Walk
The lame could walk.
Some people are stuck. They know where they want to go, but they cannot move. No money, no connection, no help.
Don’t just pity them. Lift them. Help them to stand again. A man who can walk again will never forget the hand that lifted him.
3. Jesus Fed The Multitude
He gave food to the multitude.
Jesus did not tell hungry people to just pray. He fed them.
Blessing flows to hands that feed. If you have bread, share it. If you have money, share it. God does not bless a closed hand. He blesses an open hand that becomes a channel to others.
4. Jesus Preached Good News To The Poor
He preached good news to the poor.
The poor don’t just need money. They need a message that says, “Your story is not finished.”
Encourage someone today. Tell someone, “You will make it.” That word alone can resurrect a dying dream.
So, How Do We Attract Blessings Today?
To attract blessings, we must do good, no matter what.
1. Let No One Cry To You And Cry Back.
When someone comes to you weeping, don’t send them away weeping. Show compassion. Wipe a tear. Be a shoulder. Mercy attracts mercy.
2. Give To The Genuine Needy Every Day.
Don’t wait until you are rich. Give daily, even if it is small. A cup of water given in love is recorded in Heaven.
3. Be There For Your People.
Be there for your friends, your brothers, your sisters. Don’t just be present in celebration, be present in trouble. Loyalty in hard times is true goodness.
4. Don’t Just Give, Empower.
Don’t just give a man fish. Teach him how to fish. Help someone learn a skill. Help someone start a business. When you empower one man, you have fed a whole family for life.
5. Use Your Connection As A Blessing.
Let someone get a job because of you. Let someone get a promotion, a contract, a mentorship, an admission into university because you mentioned their name in the right room. Your connection is not just for you. It is a gift from God to lift others.
6. Visit People In Distress And Help.
Go to the hospital. Go to the prison. Go to the widow’s house. Go to the grieving family. Your presence is a ministry. Your visit is a blessing.
7. Support A Worthy Cause.
If you cannot go, send. If you cannot give money, send words. Share the post. Speak for the voiceless. Support what is right. Heaven counts your support.
The Golden Rule Of Mercy
Don’t use evil to repay evil. Use kindness to repay evil.
When they hate you, love them.
When they curse you, bless them.
When they hurt you, help them.
That is the secret of the Throne of Mercy. God is merciful to those who are merciful.
Matthew 5:7 says, “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.”
The Final Layer: The Question Of This Morning
Now, ask yourself this question this morning:
“Who is blessed because I am blessed?”
Be honest. Sit down and count.
If God has blessed you with money, who has eaten because of your money?
If God has blessed you with a connection, who has gotten a job because of your connection?
If God has blessed you with wisdom, who has been guided because of your wisdom?
If God has blessed you with a platform, who has been lifted because of your platform?
If you cannot write down a number of people equivalent to the blessing of God in your life, listen to me carefully:
You may lose kingdom relevance.
God does not bless you to impress you. He blesses you to use_ you. You are blessed to be a blessing. If the blessing stops at you, the flow will stop to you.
But today is your opportunity.
Today is your day to stand up and be counted.
Today is your day to raise people.
Raise people from your family.
That younger brother who is stranded, lift him. That sister who has given up, encourage her. That cousin who needs school fees, help him.
Raise people from your friends.
That friend who is jobless, connect him. That friend who is depressed, call him. That friend who is talented but hidden, recommend her.
Raise people from the general public.
That stranger you met today, bless him. That widow in your street, feed her. That young boy hawking in traffic, speak life to him.
Make a difference this morning.
Don’t wait until you have millions. Start with what you have. Start with one person. One call. One message. One recommendation. One meal. One prayer.
Final Word
You don’t attract blessings by chasing blessings. You attract blessings by becoming a blessing.
Go about doing good today. Open an eye. Lift a lame man. Feed a hungry soul. Speak good news to a poor heart.
And when Heaven looks down and asks, “Who is blessed because he is blessed?” — let your name be followed by a long list of people you raised.
The God of Mercy, who sees in secret, will reward you openly.
Now Go Out this morning And Make Exploits for Christ
Daniel 11:32 — “Those who know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.”
You have heard the Word this morning. Now, go out and do it.
Go out and make exploits.
Exploits are not made in the church. Exploits are made outside, in the street, in the office, in the market, in your family.
Go out this morning and:
Make an exploit of kindness.
Do good to someone who cannot repay you. Surprise someone with love. Let your kindness shock your enemies.
Make an exploit of raising people.
Raise one person today. Just one. Call one name. Recommend one person. Pay one school fee. Connect one brother to one opportunity. That is an exploit in Heaven.
Make an exploit of the courage.
Don’t be afraid to be good in a wicked world. Don’t be afraid to stand for what is right. Don’t be afraid to forgive when others say revenge. The world is waiting for men and women who are bold for good.
Make an exploit of mercy
When they do evil to you, repay them with kindness. When they speak evil about you, speak blessing over them. That is the highest exploit. Anyone can hate. It takes a king to love.
Listen to me:
God did not bless you to sit down. He blessed you to stand up.
God did not bless you to hide. He blessed you to shine.
God did not bless you to be small. He blessed you to make exploits.
So I ask you again this morning:
Who is blessed because you are blessed?
Go and increase that number today.
Go to your family and raise someone.
Go to your friends and lift someone.
Go to the public and bless someone.
Make a difference this morning.
When you return this evening, let Heaven be able to say: “Today, he went out and did exploits.”
Go in the name of the Lord. Go with mercy. Go with power. Go with love.
Go out and make exploits. Amen.
You Will Succeed
