House of Assembly member Narrowly escapes death 
The Honorable member representing Ilaje constituency 2 of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Olawumi Fayemi-Obayelu has taken to social media (Facebook) to narrate how she narrowly escaped death.

According to her, she stated that, “Let me put this short word here based on the rumor going around. I have received numerous calls threatening me to halt my findings from the ongoing investigation linking bribery, forgery and corruption between the Speaker of the house of Assembly and the OSOPADEC.”
“Just now, I narrowly escaped death. Kilode.”
“Now, This is my special message to you Rt. Hon. Oladiji A.K.A Landmark. The speaker of the 10th assembly. You want to silence me because you feel like I am the pillar for your issues within the House of Assembly.”
“Listen. Let me say this accordingly. You are first among equals and we both were elected as a member to serve our respective constituents. How dare you!!! You call your self a fighter, yet…. A woman over shadows your plot of numerous corruptions and abuse of power. You can’t even play a fair game. You are an hypocrite.”
“Let me quickly juggle your memory incase you have forgotten. The last time there was an impeachment saga in Ondo state. I stood my ground against injustice, I was the only woman in the integrity group (G11).”
