God has anointed me as the divine goalkeeper, says Adeleke 
Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has declared that he has been “divinely affirmed” as the goalkeeper to protect the state ahead of the August 15 election, expressing confidence in his administration’s performance and electoral prospects.
Adeleke stated that his confidence is rooted in what he described as his administration’s achievements across infrastructure development, workers’ welfare, education, healthcare, and grassroots governance.
He maintained that these records will speak for his government as it prepares to face the electorate.
The governor announced plans to embark on statewide visits to towns and villages to present his administration’s achievements and introduce an updated Five-Point Agenda aimed at further development of the state.
He also urged the opposition to focus on issue-based campaigning rather than avoidance of substantive debate, insisting that the people of Osun should be allowed to make decisions based on “facts, performance, and truth.”
Adeleke concluded that with divine backing and public support, his administration is confident of continued victory, describing it as “Imole continuity.”
