Former APC National Chairman Joins New Opposition Coalition, Says APC Has Lost It’s Soul And Moral Compass
The former National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress and erstwhile Governor of Edo State Chief John Odigie-Oyegun has officially joined the African Democratic Congress, ADC, marking one of the most significant political realignment ahead of the 2027 General elections. The development comes amid growing dissatisfaction within the ruling party and increasing momentum for the newly formed opposition coalition.
Oyegun, a respected elder statesman and erstwhile governor of Edo State formally declared his defection during the official unveiling of the ADC as the political platform for Nigeria’s opposition alliance at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja.
