FBI Offers $150,000 Reward For Fugitive Fraudster Fahad Mohamed Nur
The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has offered a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Fahad Mohamed Nur, a fugitive accused of participating in a multimillion-dollar fraud scheme targeting a federal child nutrition programme during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nur was recently added to the FBI’s Most Wanted Fraudsters list. He was charged in Minnesota in September 2022 with wire fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering and money laundering.
According to US prosecutors, Nur operated a purported food-supply company that received more than $5 million in federal funds intended to provide meals to children during the pandemic.
Authorities allege that he used fraudulent invoices and other false records to obtain funds for food that was not supplied.
The FBI says a federal arrest warrant was issued for Nur on September 13, 2022, after he was charged.
He reportedly fled the United States in January 2022, shortly after federal authorities began investigating the wider Feeding Our Future fraud scheme. The FBI believes he has ties to Somalia and may currently be living there.
The Feeding Our Future case has been described as one of the largest pandemic-related fraud schemes in the United States, involving hundreds of millions of dollars in federal child nutrition funds. Dozens of defendants have been convicted, while the organisation’s founder, Aimee Bock, was sentenced to more than 41 years in prison in May 2026.
The FBI is urging anyone with information about Nur’s whereabouts to contact the bureau, any FBI office, the nearest US embassy or consulate, or submit information through its online tip system.
The reward is payable for information that leads to Nur’s arrest and conviction.
