EFCC Declares 41-Year-Old Man Isaac Mbalaso Wanted Over Alleged Fraud, Criminal Conspiracy
The EFCC released the notice to seek the public’s assistance in locating Mbalaso in connection with the alleged offences. The commission also published his photograph as part of the wanted notice.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared 41-year-old Isaac Chinyere Mbalaso wanted over alleged criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust and obtaining money under false pretence.
The commission announced the development in a public notice signed by Dele Oyewale, its Head of Media and Publicity, on Wednesday.
According to the notice, Mbalaso is an indigene of Aba, Abia State, and his last known address is 11th Avenue, Prince & Princess Kauru District, Abuja.
The EFCC released the notice to seek the public’s assistance in locating Mbalaso in connection with the alleged offences. The commission also published his photograph as part of the wanted notice.
The agency urged anyone with useful information about his whereabouts to report to any of its offices in Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt or Abuja.
The EFCC also urged members of the public to also pass information to the nearest police station or other security agencies.
The declaration comes as part of the commission’s efforts to locate persons it is seeking in connection with financial crime investigations. The EFCC regularly issues public notices seeking information on the whereabouts of wanted suspects, with the allegations against each person stated in the individual notice.
