E-Money Gifts Staff New Car, Says Lateness Excuse Is Over

Businessman Emeka Okonkwo has gifted one of his female employees a brand-new car after repeatedly observing her lateness to work. The surprise presentation was captured in a viral video showing the staff member being called outside to receive the unexpected gift.

Presenting the vehicle, E-Money jokingly told the employee that she no longer had any excuse for reporting late to work, saying, “This is because of your constant lateness. From today, you don’t have any excuse for coming late to work again. Use this car and always be punctual.”

Visibly overwhelmed, the employee knelt in appreciation as colleagues applauded the gesture, which has since attracted praise on social media for recognising and supporting staff rather than simply punishing them.
