*MESSAGE*
☆☆☆ The comfort zone is usually one area where man tends to have problem with God.
☆☆☆ When trusting God for a miracle, you are available but once God grants you your heart desires, you become a manufacturer of excuses. Many people tend to abandon and forget God when life becomes much more comfortable.
☆☆☆ A woman trusting God for the fruit of the womb can attend every available church program but once the baby arrives, her excuse will now be that the baby has not been giving her much time to attend services.
☆☆☆ A jobless man can sleep in the church, praying to God for a change of situation. Once God has given him a good job; attending business meetings and travelling most often, will now be readily available excuses for not coming to church anymore.
☆☆☆ God is a loving God, full of compassion and very patient. However, it can be seen from our main verse for today that man can sap God of his patience.
☆☆☆ Beloved, the comfort zone has always been the burial ground of several spiritual giants who were hitheto careless.
☆☆☆ Once you begin to notice that those things that easily challenged you and moved you to take positive actions in the past, no longer make meaning to you; you are already sinking into the valley of oblivion.
☆☆☆ When you can no longer stand for what is right and just, you are simply relegating yourself into the grave of irrelevance.
☆☆☆ When your prayer life is going down; when you are invited to carry out spiritual assignments and you are lukewarm: These are signs that you are approaching the burial ground of hitherto spiritual giants.
☆☆☆ No wonder the bible warns👇
“Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.” – Ephesians 5:14 KJV.
*PRAYERS*
1. Oh God my father, in my comfort zone, let me be on fire for you.
2. In the name of Jesus, I will not sentence my spiritual life into the burial ground of irrelevance.
3. Father, don’t allow what you have created for my comfort to take your place in my life.
4. Oh God my creator, don’t allow my life to become a disappointment to you.
5. Father, please help me to carry out every role that you have assigned me to play here on earth before I see you in glory.
6. I refuse to die spiritually while still appearing to be relevant.
7. Comfort, the burial place of many giants; shall never be my resting place.
*PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS*
As you step out this day, I decree, you will not forsake the counsel of God in Jesus name.
I decree and declare, may you not forget God in your comfort zone in Jesus name.
Once again I decree, the blessings of God will not separate you from the living God in Jesus name.
I pray for somebody out there, I decree, for the rest of your life, may Jeremiah 22:21 not be your portion in Jesus name.
May you never come to a point in your Christian race where your life will become a disappointment to God.
Receive grace in abundance, to always put God first in whatever you do.
Blessed Sunday Everyone.
Happy New Day.
Shalom.
