Bayelsa-Owned Pioneer Airline Receives NCAA Certification for Commercial Operations

Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has announced that Bayelsa State-owned airline, Pioneer Airline, has officially received its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), paving the way for the commencement of commercial flight operations.

According to the minister, the certificate was presented to the airline on Wednesday by the NCAA, marking a major milestone for the new carrier.

Following the presentation, the airline’s management team, led by its Managing Director, Capt. Ungbuku, paid a courtesy visit to the minister and formally presented the AOC to him.
