Atiku And Obi Ran Together And Were Defeated, They Ran Apart And Lost, If They Come Back Very Good- Oshiomhole

Senator Adams Oshiomhole has stated that if former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi decide to team up again for the 2027 presidential election they will be defeated by the APC.

In an interview with Channels Television, Oshiomhole said Atiku and Obi contested together on one ticket during the 2019 presidential election and they were defeated by the APC. He said after running together and losing, both Atiku and Obi went their separate ways to contest individually on different party platforms. He said they were still defeated.

Oshiomhole said whether Atiku and Obi work as a team or as separate candidates, they will still lose to the APC in the 2027 presidential election.

In Oshiomhole’s words: “Did Atiku not run with Obi before and contested against APC? Were they not defeated? I don’t know what is different. The point is that when these two ran together they were defeated by APC. They have a history of being defeated together and they have a history of being defeated apart. They ran together they were defeated, they ran separately and they were defeated. So if they come back together very good, they will still be defeated”
