Air Force Personnel Allegedly Shoots Lover After Finding Her With Another Man in Makurdi

This is Aircraftman Kalu and Aircraftwoman Oladipupo, two lovers who reportedly met during a parade in Makurdi and later began a relationship. Those close to them described them as deeply fond of and devoted to each other.

However, tragedy reportedly struck on a Sunday morning when Kalu returned home from night duty at about 5 a.m. and allegedly found Oladipupo in bed with a civilian male friend.

According to reports, Kalu became overwhelmed with emotion, allegedly brought out his service firearm and shot Oladipupo at the scene. He also reportedly attempted to shoot the man, who narrowly escaped.

The man reportedly raised an alarm and cried for help, attracting the attention of neighbours. The quarter guard was subsequently alerted and reportedly arrived to arrest Kalu.

The incident has reportedly left those who knew the couple shocked, as a relationship once described as loving and affectionate ended in tragedy.
