Abuja Pastor Granted Fresh N50 Million Bail Over Alleged Rape of 14-Year-Old Church Member
An FCT High Court sitting in Gwarinpa, Abuja, has granted a fresh bail of N50 million to Amos Isah, the founder and General Overseer of Prophetic Voice of Fire Ministry International, Gwagwalada.

The 39-year-old pastor is currently facing eight serious charges, including alleged child r@pe, abduction, sexual exploitation, and abuse involving a 14-year-old girl said to be a member of his church.
According to court proceedings, Justice Modupe Osho-Adebiyi imposed tougher bail conditions than the previous N5 million bail earlier granted by another judge.
The court ordered the pastor to surrender his international passport, while his sureties must be heads of Pentecostal churches with verified residential addresses.
Amos Isah pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The case has now been adjourned to June 30 as Nigerians continue to demand justice and stronger protection for children against abuse, regardless of status or influence.
Many Nigerians are now asking:
Should religious leaders facing serious child abuse allegations be allowed bail so easily?
