ADC: Nafiu Bala Resigned as Deputy National Chairman, We Have a Physical Copy of the Letter –Osunbor

In a recent interview with Arise TV, the legal adviser of the ADC, Professor Osai Osunbor, countered the foundational legal challenge brought by Nafiu Bala Gombe, stating that Gombe had voluntarily resigned from his position as Deputy National Chairman in a formal letter alongside former chairman Ralphs Nwosu.

Addressing the legal dispute over the party’s leadership structure, Osunbor questioned the validity of Gombe’s lawsuit claiming entitlement to take over the ADC leadership.

Professor Osunbor maintained that because Gombe officially stepped down at the same time as the previous executive committee, his current bid to claim the national chairmanship lacks both legal and factual backing.
