Full statement reads: BIRTHDAY TRIBUTE TO AN ANGEL IN HUMAN FORM

BOSS

As people celebrate you today, I find it fitting to appreciate a man whose presence in my life has been nothing short of divine favour.

I thank God for the life of my chief supporter, mentor, leader and benefactor, Arch. Ogunleye Temitope Roland Ajisafe

There are people who come into one’s life for a season and there are those whom God strategically positions to help destinies. For me, he belongs to the latter category. Through him, I have enjoyed uncommon support, encouragement and opportunities that I don’t receive from many people.

What makes him exceptional is not merely his position, influence or achievements, but the depth of his humanity. He relates with people sincerely and treats those around him like family.

Personally, he has cared for me as though I were his biological Sister, offering guidance, correction, encouragement and support whenever the need arises.

In an age where many leaders are intolerant of criticism, he remains a study in maturity and emotional strength.

Despite being one of the most criticised public figures, he rarely allows false accusations to distract him. His familiar response, “Eni to baa ji ire ti ji ire ki kaaro o ji ree o to de” speaks volumes about his mindset -a man focused on purpose rather than distractions.

One quality I greatly admire is his ability to identify potential in people.

He listens attentively, even when an idea is not perfectly presented. He sees possibilities where others see limitations and helps people refine their dreams into reality.

As an Architect professional, he has distinguished himself through competence, courage, consistency and excellence. His contributions to public and political engagement have earned him respect across different divides.

Whether people agree with him or not, few can deny his effectiveness, dedication and passion for whatever he believes in.

Beyond professional accomplishments, his greatest achievement is the number of lives he has positively influenced. The testimonies are everywhere. Men and women who have passed through his mentorship are excelling in their various endeavours. He has raised people, opened doors, provided platforms and inspired many to believe in themselves.

One attribute that sets him apart is his generosity. He shares what he has without hesitation and derives genuine joy from seeing others succeed. There are times he gives until he is left with little for himself. For him, lifting people is not a strategy; it is a way of life.

Remarkably, despite not occupying an elective office, his impact on human development and empowerment surpasses that of many who have held Elective positions for years. His influence is measured not by titles, but by transformed lives.

His story is also one of resilience. He never allowed his humble beginnings or past challenges to define him. Instead, he used them as fuel for growth, proving that determination, hard work and faith can overcome even the most difficult circumstances.

Today, I celebrate a man who continues to elevate others while God continues to elevate him.

A man whose success is reflected in the success of the people around him.
A leader who listens.
A mentor who guides.
A benefactor who gives.
A friend who stands by people.
A destiny helper whose impact will remain unforgettable.

As you continue to touch lives and make meaningful contributions to society, may God reward your labour abundantly, strengthen you for greater service, preserve you in good health and grant you many more years of fulfilment, significance and divine favour.

Thank you for all you do for me and my family, your kind won’t be forget.

Your good works speak louder than words and history will surely be kind to you, I thank God am alive to celebrate this day with you today Boss as I do called you.

Sir, I wish you happy glorious birthday.
