My Husband And I Had To Crawl Like Snakes To Enter The Cave Where We Were Held–Kidnap Victim

An Abuja-based woman who was abducted alongside her husband has shared a disturbing account of the conditions they endured while being held captive by kidnappers.

Speaking about the ordeal on TVC News, the victim said she and her husband were kidnapped on December 6, 2024, and taken to a remote cave that served as their captors’ hideout.

According to her, the cave was hidden within a rocky formation and was extremely difficult to access.

She said: “My husband and I were abducted and taken to a small cave where we had to crawl like snakes to enter.”

She explained that the entrance to the cave was so narrow that neither she nor her husband could walk into it normally. Instead, they were forced to crawl on the ground to gain access to the space where they were being held.

She added that leaving the cave was equally difficult, as victims had to crawl out while lying on their backs. The harsh conditions inside the hideout made their captivity even more traumatic.

The victim stated that the interior of the cave was filled with rocks, leaving very little room for comfort.

She explained that the rocky surface made it impossible to sit properly, forcing those inside to remain in uncomfortable bent positions for long periods.
