ADC Primaries Spark Confusion as Enugu State Reports Conflicting Results

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has been thrown into internal confusion following the emergence of conflicting results from its Enugu State chapter during the party’s presidential primaries.

Two separate factional results reportedly emerged from the exercise, each declaring a different winner. In one result sheet, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar was said to have won with 15,300 votes, ahead of Rotimi Amaechi and Mohamed Buba Marwa, who reportedly scored 2,200 and 200 votes respectively.

However, a second factional result told a different story, showing Amaechi leading with 6,050 votes, followed by Marwa with 4,840 votes, while Atiku reportedly scored 1,210 votes.
