In Ibadan, Oyo State, several high-value assets are listed, including the late governor’s residence at Old Bodija, a guest house in Agodi GRA, multiple plots in Aerodrome GRA, Samonda, and a massive 7,000-acre expanse of land located beside the Ibadan Golf Club.
