Anthony Joshua Will No Longer Live In The U.K over Controversial reasons
Nigerian born British boxer, Anthony Joshua is set to quit the United Kingdom, has concluded plans on relocating to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The former heavyweight boxing champion of the world, currently 36 years old, disclosed that he will no longer live in the U.K as he will be relocating to Dubai amid the ongoing US-Israel war with Iran and Iran’s intermittent bombing of its neighbouring countries including UAE which has made many foreigners leave the middle east countries.
The move by Anthony Joshua which appears surprising to his fans, was made public via paperwork he filled regarding his £150 million business empire which he was mandated as legal requirement, to provide the address of his permanent residence.
Hence, the paperwork showed that Anthony Joshua who was born in Watford, changed his residence address from the UK to UAE.

Speculations over the motive behind his decision to relocate from the U.K to the UAE, suggest that his decision stems from factors such as training facility, weather, and the U.K taxation.
Reports suggest that Anthony Joshua company, Sparta promotions made profit of £20.396 million in 2024 and he paid £6.65 million as tax to the U.K same year.
Anthony Joshua visit to Dubai from the U.K has become frequent in recent years due to the world class training facilities in the country, and for promo works for brands he represents. Hence, aside for sporting reasons, his decision to quit the UK is tied to the U.K taxation and that of the UAE which unlike the U.K does not have income tax laws.
