Driver Escapes Armed Bandits IN Kogi

An Egbe commercial driver narrowly escaped an attempted attack by armed bandits a few minutes ago along the Isanlu–Idofin corridor in Yagba East LG Area of Kogi State, a route that has increasingly become a hotspot for v!ol£nt ambushes.

The driver, who was returning from Lokoja, reportedly noticed suspicious movement on the roadside before gunmen attempted to intercept his vehicle. Acting on instinct and sheer survival grit, he accelerated and managed to flee the scene, avoiding what could have been another trag!c incident.

Local travellers are on edge as this marks yet another security scare on the axis. Residents are urging security operatives to intensify patrols, especially during early-morning and late-evening transit hours.
