Oyo’s Lazy Leadership: Why Our Leaders Run to the West While Nigeria Crumbles” ,- Sowore to Makinde

In the case of Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde and OTHERS!

Lazy leaders! When they need medical treatment, they rush abroad to hospitals built by hardworking, honest leaders. When it’s time for their children’s education, they send them abroad to schools funded by others. To watch sports, they fly abroad to sit happily in stadiums built by others. For vacations, they head abroad to countries secured by other leaders.

At home, they build nothing, defend nothing, and only plunder the little their people have to please themselves in other people’s lands.

Recently, I was in Ibadan for the Ibadan City Marathon with SplashFM 105.5 Ibadan. The stadium we took off from looked like something out of a war-torn country. Of course, I never saw the Governor there, but I’ve seen him in Texas, as recently as January 2025, happily participating in their marathon.
