“21 Ejaculations or Die Early” – Doctor Recommends Polygamy Or Side Chicks as Solution
Dr. Rashid Abbasid, Chief Medical Director of Heritage Men’s Clinic, has caused a major stir during his appearance on *The Maroyo Show* while discussing men’s sexual health and prostate care.
The doctor warned that the absence of morning erections is a red flag for future “power failure” with one’s partner. He noted that many Nigerian men in long-term marriages face challenges because their wives, often in early menopause (late 30s to early 40s), experience reduced libido due to low oestrogen levels. He said:
“When a woman loses oestrogen, her body dries up. She’s not going to be easily turned on the way you were doing it 20 years ago… You are no longer number one.”
Referencing a scientific study that recommends men aim for 21 ejaculations (likely per month) for prostate health, Dr. Abbasid listed three options: masturbation, pornography, or polygamy/side chick. He acknowledged that most religious organisations discourage the first two, then added:
“The third option is polygamy or you have a side chick… Let’s face scientific facts. Let’s face data.”
When asked directly if he has a side chick, the doctor replied openly:
“I have a side chick… My wife is in the military. We don’t even stay together. Even if I’m not coming to Nigeria every two weeks, it will be physically impossible… But then I don’t want to drop dead or I don’t want to start using catheters.”
He warned that more Nigerian men are now requiring catheters due to enlarged prostates and urged people to face reality rather than ignore the data.
The interview has gone viral and sparked intense reactions online, with many criticising the doctor for seemingly promoting infidelity while others argue he was simply presenting scientific facts.
