Suspected Cultists Kill 28-Year-Old Man in Lagos

A 28-year-old man, Olanrewaju Ogunyemi, was killed by suspected cultists wielding machetes in Ilasamaja, Lagos, on May 21.

The attackers, searching for Ogunyemi’s elder brother, found and fatally attacked him at a furniture workshop.

Police confirmed Ogunyemi died instantly from multiple machete wounds. The assailants fled, and the brother remains missing.
