Esther 3:1 KJV
“After these things did king Ahasuerus promote Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that were with him”.
☆☆☆ When you read this opening verse of chapter 3 of the book of Esther, again and again, you cannot but ask this question:
After which things?
☆☆☆ You will agree with me that the bible was talking about an incident which occurred that led to the elevation of Haman.
☆☆☆ The next question is, which incident?
☆☆☆ Read Esther 2:21-23 and you will notice that Mordecai had discovered the plot to assassinate the king.
☆☆☆ He made a report to the king through Esther.
☆☆☆ Investigation was carried out, the plotters were found guilty and were executed.
☆☆☆ Mordecai had thereby saved the life of the king.
☆☆☆ This story ended chapter 2 of the book of Esther.
☆☆☆ Chapter 3 now opens with “After these things did king Ahasuerus promote Haman”.
☆☆☆ It is therefore safe to conclude that the phrase “these things” refers to the plot against the king.
☆☆☆ How Mordecai exposed the plotters, how the case was investigated, how the plotters were executed and how the king survived the plot.
☆☆☆ Now check this: “After these things did king Ahasuerus promote Haman”.
☆☆☆ The question is, who should have been promoted “after these things”? Haman or Mordecai?
☆☆☆ Mordecai of course, but Haman had been promoted instead.
☆☆☆ Mordecai had worked and risked his life to safe the king but Haman reaped the reward of his labour.
☆☆☆ Beloved, this could be similar to your story.
☆☆☆ You have laboured with your husband to build your marriage, when you are about to settle down and begin to reap the rewards for your labour, a strange woman had come in.
☆☆☆ Or you have probably been labouring in your place of work all these years and there is one “oga at the top” reaping the reward of your labour.
☆☆☆ Have you been denied of the promotion meant for you and your entitlement given to another?
☆☆☆ Maybe some powerful individuals have taken over your inheritance and challenging you in the court of law to defend your claims over that property?
☆☆☆ Whatever is your case, whatever is the situation you may be passing through right now, there is a God in heaven who is set to restore your lost glory.
PRAYERS:
- Every Haman sitting on my seat of honour and glory, I unseat you right now in Jesus mighty name.
- Every antiglory force contending against my breakthrough, I frustrate your efforts in Jesus name.
- I withdraw the strength and connection of every Haman working against the progress of my life.
- Father, disgrace every Haman and all his godfathers coniving together to dispossess me of my inheritance.
- My father, my father, deliver me from those powers oppressing my life in Jesus name.
- I recover all my stolen benefits from the hands of all the hijackers of my potentials in Jesus name
- I silence every Haman crying against my divine inheritance in Jesus mighty name.
- Father blindfold all the enemies of my progress in Jesus name.
- I close the eyes of every strange man/woman from interrupting the peace of my marriage in Jesus name.
- Oh God my father, reverse every irreversible situation of my life to the glory of your name. PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS: I decree, declare and prophesy, every strange woman in your home shall be ejected out of your marriage from this moment, without any further delay, in Jesus mighty name.
☆☆☆ Have you even struggled through thick and thin to train your children but they have been manipulated out of your reach and they have forgotten you!
I decree, declare and prophesy, the God who preserved those children in your womb for the mandatory 9 months before delivery shall cause the bell of your remembrance to be ringing non stop in their heart until they remember you for good in Jesus mighty name.
☆☆☆ Have you laboured so much in a particular branch of an organisation but you are suddenly transferred to another location and you are bitter!
I prophesy, the Lord shall turn your new location to your Goshen in Jesus name.
☆☆☆ Maybe you have put in your best to ensure the progress of the company where you are working but you have been stagnated and forgotten on the same level for years.
I decree, declare and prophesy, the same God who remembered Mordecai and changed his status will change yours for good in Jesus mighty name.
By the authority and the mandate of God in heaven, I decree, nobody will step into the reward of your labour in Jesus name.
Anywhere you have been shortchanged, I prophesy, the God of heaven will restore you.
This is your season for divine restoration and a new dawn in Jesus mighty name.
I see God reversing every seemingly irreversible situation of your life for his glory.
